Shipping & Packaging
Packages are normally delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with DHL with order tracking option and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a DHL shipment by registered mail, there will be an additional cost. Please contact us before choosing this method of delivery. We will send you an order tracking link no matter what delivery method you choose.
The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile goods.
The shipping boxes are wide and your goods are packed well protected.
Nationwide shipping Germany
We ship throughout Germany (except islands that do not have a road connection to the mainland). Shipping to Europe Delivery surcharges on request.
Single shipment
This applies to all items that can be shipped via parcel shipping with DHL. One-off shipping costs within Germany (5.90 €).
